It has been awhile since I had a featured product but this is one that I should have posted a long time ago. I only think of it now because I ate them for 3 days after my last fill. I also ate them during my liquid stage after my surgery too and they really do taste great. The chicken and stars and creamy tomato are my favorite but I really have not had one yet that doesn't taste good. I love that they are able to be stored in my desk at work and microwave in 1 minute and then pop the lid on and it is a sippable soup. I don't have to worry about having soup stains on my boobs from a drippy spoon either. I like to keep them around for those days that I seem to be a bit tight or when I am in a hurry and know that I will not be able to take the time to chew and eat slowly. I hope you guys give them a try.

Product (Tool) of the week- Blogs
The product of the week for this week should have been the first one I ever did but it is the blog world. I don't know if it counts as a product but it has been the best tool (short of my band) in this whole journey. I have been able to be as open and free with my thoughts, emotions and struggles without feeling like I was exposing myself. I have also been able to glean information for others and since I am a Mexico Bandster I am also able to feel like I belong to a support group. (mexico bandsters are not really accepted in most real places) I have found that there are so many people out there that are fighting with weight loss either with the band or with traditional methods. I don't feel so alone anymore and I am so blessed that I have this tool to keep me motivated and firm on my journey.
I also want to thank my followers and comments because you really do keep me accountable for what I put in my mouth and my workouts. I missed my workout last night and I kept thinking about how I was going to have to post in my week evaluation that I didn't do it. I still didn't do it but I am not missing tonight because then I would look like a princess Lame-o for missing two nights in a row. Thanks again for your support and if you have a blog and I am not following you please post the link in the comments.

Product of the week- Cover Girl Outlast Lips stain
CoverGirl Outlast Lipstain
I know that this is not a WL product but it is just as helpful for those that are losing weight. I know that I work out better and I eat better when I feel great about myself and the first step for this is looking great. I have noticed that the more weight I lose the more time I put into getting ready in the morning and it really does motivate me for the rest of the day. I have used this product for a couple of years now and I love it! The stain really does last a long time and it looks great too. The color I use is teasing blush and it is a little dark at first but I use a shimmer lip gloss over it and it works and you have to love something that lasts for most of the day. Check them out if you are looking for a new lip color.
Speaking of working I did not forget that today is Workout Wednesday and I am supposed to post an after workout pic of myself so here it is. Mind you it was windy and I just finished my walk/run/ passout workout. No teasing! Oh and that is my daughter in the background asking her daddy why mommy is so red. Gotta love those little workout helpers!

Product of the week- Fiber Gummies
Last week I complained about some bowel issues that I have been having and decided to take matters into my own hands. I knew I would not be able to swallow the regular fiber capsules. (can't even swallow my regular meds without a splitter) and I knew with all my heart I would hate the chewable Tums like ones. (texture issues) so I was in search of a gummy one. My husband found them first and I was excited. Finally, a miracle great enough to move bowels mountains! I have been using them I take 2-3 everyday and was very shocked at how they tasted. It is just like eating a Dot, you know, those little gum drops that you get at halloween. I have to say I am now pooping a bit more regularly and to be honest don't mind the candy like taste. They are 15 calories for 2 but I figure I might burn that off in the bathroom trip. I hope this post wasn't to much for you and that you all have a great day!

Product of the week- Laughing Cow Wedges
I love this cheese! It has been so helpful in my diet since day one. I eat it will veggies, on crackers and even just on its own. Laughing Cow cheese wedges come in great flavors such as: original, creamy swiss, garlic and herb, french onion, blue cheese, mozzarella and sun-dried tomato and queso fresco and chipotle. The favorite one at our house is the garlic and herb, it must be a town favorit too because our store never has it in stock. We now buy it in bulk at sams club just to make sure we get our fix! Each wedge has only 35 calories and 1 carb so it make a great snack or addition to a meal. Here is the link for the wedges if you would like to know more. http://www.thelaughingcow.com/products/the-laughing-cow-wedges/

Featured Product of the Week
I love, I mean, LOVE Great value brand drink mix. It is just like crystal light but cheaper. Why am I loving this? It makes it easier to drink my daily water. I know it is silly but for some reason I do not like drinking plain water all day long. The drink mix allows me to feel like I am snacking between meals with the sweet and fruity taste. It has 5 calories per serving and 0 carbs, I am willing to do an extra crunch to burn that off just for the taste alone. My favorite flavors are orange, cran apple and fruit punch. I like mine a little diluted so instead of adding one packet to 17 oz I add 1 packet to 24 oz. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that has problems getting the full water intake each day. As you can tell from the pic I am already almost done with the second round of the day!
